History (abridged) :

He is the young and only brother of the Princess Aurora. He lived his whole life in the castle, unknowing nothing about the world outside its walls. He always was happy. He was known to be a great fan of arts, especially music. When Maleficent attacked the Kingdom and put his sister to sleep, he was able to escaped thanks to the Queen, his mother and Alan-a-Dale, a minstrel who was in the castle at that time. Here begins his journey to his "uncle" Midas. During this adventure, he sold all he can to help the poor peoples so that, when he arrives at the castle, he was mistaken for a beggar and was put in jail. Some time after, he was bring to the king and before he could explain himself, he was turn into gold because of Maleficent's scheme. During the curse, he was brought to Storybrooke and remains in this form, in the public park. Some poeple said they have seen him crying when some street musician come playing at his feet.
