History (abridged) :

They are the two wisest Stars of the Firmament. They rarely get out of their palaces where they meditate. Their words are well listened to by all the Stars. That makes them the leaders de facto of the Firmament. Unlike the other Stars, they never intervene in the other lands, except in time of great crisis.
