Abridged History :

Two bandit brothers who rule over the Lotus Ridge. Due to a misunderstanding, they fought Sun Wukong and Zhu Bajie. They mistook the Monkey for his "brother" who stole them their treasures (see Horned Kings' Treasure). They are Arendelle-born but their father, Eirikr "the Red" was banished for manslaughter when they were babies. The family travels west and their father etablished a new colony on a cold island. When he died, their brother, Leifr, became the new leader. The two brothers leave the country and travel west. They land not far from the Lotus Mountain in the East Empire and took over this icy region, accustomed to the vigorous climate. Because of their horned hemlet, they get known as the Gold and Silver Horned Kings. They both have a great strength, able to lift rocks to fight Sun Wukong and his friend. Some years later, they joigned the 108 Su Xing and after their amnesty by the Emperor Xuanzang, they get the name Mu Hong and Mu Chun.


Notes :
- Both Thorvald & Thorsteinn was real historical figures. They took a small part in the exploration of America by the Vikings.
- Them, and their family, always traveled west but those two landed on the east cost of the East Empire, meaning the world of Fairy Tale Land is round.
- In the novel Journey to the West, the Golden and Silver Horned King are unamed demons working for the "god" Taishang Laojun.
