The Yajna
The Yajna
Abridged History :
A Yajna is a ritual performed by the Rakshasas. The performer sacrifices their own life to unlock the full potential of their Target. Since it's blood magic, for the ritual to succeed, the target must share some blood with the performer. The only time the ritual was performed was during the Battle of Lanka. The performer was the prophetess Kaikesi, who sacrificed her life to awake the power of her son, the King Ravana. The latter turned into a giant monster, whose power was close to the Great Demons.
